In other words, you can just absorb everything in liquid form, but with this "everything" is just healthy, natural and low-calorie food.
You can often meet fans of juice diets - of course, they also practice drinking food. Such as the kefir diet, the green tea diet, fans of ginger slimming drinks, and the most difficult is the water diet.
If you are a sane person, then you probably understand that the drinking diet should not be based on milkshakes from well -known restaurants, alcoholic beverages, sweet sodas, cocoa, coffee, yogurt industrial drinks and similar products. Strictly speaking, drinking rules will be fully respected, however there is no question of weight loss here.
What can you drink as part of your diet?
